Reason for need : growth

Seeking a board certified internal medicine or family medicine physician

Weekdays only - day administrative time weekly

Full-time position

Seeking providers with 5+ years' post training primary care experience

Outpatient primary care only

Concierge model - patients pay a monthly membership fee plus utilize their health insurance

Relationship based care

You'd be on phone call for your own patient panel four days a week (required)

Adults only

See 8-10 patients per day, as well as, respond to portal messages and phone calls

You'd have a dedicated nurse

Shared referral coordinator, as well as, support of marketing, sales, billing, HR, and IT

Work alongside RNs and LPNs
