Overview Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually

Summary: The Sales Representative will identify, develop, sell and service customers in the ready-mix/concrete and building materials market. Responsible for consulting, bidding projects, customer service, generating new business, retaining/growing existing business and participating in trade associations and community involvement for assigned territories.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Preparing and managing quotes, orders, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Developing business strategies to increase market share.
• Networking at industry and community events to promote our products and services.
• Resolving billing, quality, and service issues with a positive attitude.
