We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Research, Prepare, and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Meet with and advise clients regarding legal positions and strategies
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in law - preferably 1-3 years as a licensed attorney or experience as a legal intern or law clerk
