• Day shift 5x8-hour schedule 6 : 45am - 6 : 15pm
• Average 9 visits per day with 11 patient census
• Outpatient facility specializing in pelvic floor therapy
• Preferred completion of 2 Hermann & Wallace courses
• Minimum 2 years experience required
• Accepts first-time travelers
• 13-week assignment duration
• BLS certification required

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
