Job Title : Operator Experience Specialist (Temp)
Location : Emeryville, CA
Pay : Up to $44 / hr
Schedule : Hybrid (in office M / T / TH)
Duration : 3+ months
About the Role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operator Experience Specialist to provide business support and issue resolution across multiple departments and channels. In this role, you’ll be troubleshooting, researching, and resolving cases while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy.
Collaborate with teams and escalate cases as needed.
Provide personalized solutions and follow through until resolution.
Communicate proactively with operators and team members.
Document solutions to build future efficiency.
Report system issues and advocate for customer needs.
About You :
3+ years of customer service experience with increasing responsibility.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
Patient, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with flexible business hours and occasional weekends.
Bonus : Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
Pay Details : $44.00 per hour
