Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, including employee data and payment details, in alignment with company policies.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll operations efficiently and resolve system-related issues.
- Handle inquiries related to payroll, providing timely and clear communication to employees and management.
- Monitor and prepare reports on payroll activities, identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of employee data.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations.
- Familiarity with payroll systems for organizations with 101-500 employees.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
