We are looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive first impressions, maintaining a professional environment, and providing exceptional client service. As the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you'll play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in downtown Fort Worth, TX. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.

Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner

Answer and route phone calls, take accurate messages, and assist with inquiries

Manage visitor check-ins, appointments, and scheduling needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, conference room coordination, and basic office support

Follow security procedures for visitor authorization

Provide general support to staff as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 10 years experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a professional setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems

• Willing to work onsite Mondays to Fridays 8am CST to 5pm CST

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Three professional references are required for this role
