As a Team Member, you play a crucial role in our success. In selecting Team Members, we are looking for hard-working, coachable individuals who share our passion for making an impact in the local Melrose Park community. You will interact directly with guests, serving their needs with remarkable service and hospitality.

Team Members are responsible for creating and maintaining a fun, enthusiastic, emotionally connected atmosphere for all guests and Team Members who come into contact with the Chick-fil-A Melrose Park brand.

You will work alongside a certified trainer for various training shifts, learning the ins and outs of the business. During this time, we will equip you with everything you will need to know to succeed here. Over time you will be evaluated by a leader, which will make you eligible for scheduled pay raises and promotions. When regulations allow, The Leadership Team will hold seasonal outings for Team Members to gather outside the four walls of our restaurant and do life together.
