Essential Job Duties Campus Planning and Strategic Investment at NC State plays a vital role in optimizing the design and use of campus land, buildings, and infrastructure to support the university’s mission. Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to :
Conduct comparative studies and facility program analyses to guide project decisions
Identify and develop project alternatives that align with university goals and sustainability priorities
Collaborate with campus design professionals to ensure alignment with long-range planning objectives
Evaluate the social, economic, and environmental impacts of proposed development projects
