Familiarity with donor databases, contact management systems, and tracking systems are also highly preferred. Primary administrator for web-based event management solution. Act as liaison between staff and the vendor, provide guidance on training and support registration, reconciliation and reporting workflows. Assist in administration of email marketing systems including, but not limited to loading data, segmentation, sending, and reporting. Should be prepared to serve as backup to the Director of E-Commerce. Assist the Director of E-Commerce to review, evaluate and acquire any new web development tools to ensure that we are capable of providing the latest features and functions in our web pages and applications. Help troubleshoot errors and problems that arise from daily use of our WEB and Internet sites.
