Tech Lead Full Stack Developer (Java | Angular | AWS)

Looking for a highly responsive developer who thrives in our startup environment where strong teamwork and clear work communication drive our success!

Overview

As a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer, you will design and build scalable backend and modern frontend solutions, and lead the architecture of systems handling large financial datasets and time-series data.

Responsibilities

  • Backend mastery with Java (Spring Boot) architect scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Frontend excellence with Angular develop responsive, modern user interfaces.
  • Design system schemas for high-dimensional time series data (capIQ, PitchBook, Grata, Axial-level complexity).
  • Lead end-to-end development of mission-critical applications and make scalable architectural decisions.
  • Mentor teams while staying hands-on with code and drive CI / CD and cloud-native practices.

What We Need

  • 4+ years of development experience, 1+ years of team leadership.
  • Strong Java backend expertise (Spring Boot ecosystem).
  • Proven Angular frontend skills for responsive, modern UIs.
  • System design capabilities for complex data architectures.
  • Experience with high-dimensional time series data modeling.
  • Deep AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation).
  • REST APIs, microservices, SQL / NoSQL databases.
  • DevOps mindset : Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD, monitoring.
