What You'll Do : Collect trash from designated pick-up points within residential communitiesEnsure timely and efficient collection of trash bins and bagsMaintain cleanliness and organization of trash collection areasRegularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift; and would be able to lift up to 50lbs while collecting trashDeliver routes containing up to 150 packages across multiple apartment communitiesPick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipmentThe ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shiftsMove loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveriesThe ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessaryClose, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe drivingOperate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucksAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelinesReport any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisorMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

What You'll Need : Prior similar experience is a plus, but not requiredProficient using smartphone applications and scanning devicesAt least two years of experience operating a motor vehicleComfort operating a variety of large vehicles, including, but not limited to : - Cargo vans - Sprinter vans - 14 to 20 box trucks (non CDL)A valid driver's license and a clean driving recordA smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery appsClear and concise verbal communication skillsAttention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on timeComfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditionsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
