Who are we looking for

Our Northeast Engineering Design Organization (EDO) is actively seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to work on the design of HVAC and plumbing systems across commercial and industrial facilities throughout the this dynamic role youll be involved in every stage of the design process from initial concept to final project layout collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance solutions that meet our clients evolving needs.

This is more than just a design role its an opportunity to apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to real-world challenges. Youll play a key part in developing efficient sustainable building mechanical systems that enhance comfort safety and energy performance.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in :

• Solutions Analysis : Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
• Personal Capability Building : Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing education attending conferences and reading specialist media.
• Operational Compliance : Identify within the team instances of noncompliance with the organizations policies and procedures and / or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Product and Solution Development : Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
• Design and Conceptualization : Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products / services.
• Operating Machine or Equipment : Operate complex machines and systems adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.

Salary Range : $31.00 - $64.00 based on experience and location.
