2nd Shift (Monday Friday 3pm - 11pm)

3rd shift (Sunday Night Friday Morning; 11pm - 7am)

As a Production Operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world

A day in the Life :

Operating cartridge equipment to pleat trim cut seal membrane media sub assemble cap final assembly testing drying and packaging of cartridge s .

Performing various production operations including the operating of multiple machines where it can be done safely and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required.

Observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices. Keeping the work area clean and orderly.

Assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment.

Assisting other department members as needed to ensure safety and maximize output. Assisting in the training of other employees as necessary.

Completing quality checks and if a discrepancy is found working with appropriate team members to solve the problem.

Possessing the ability to clearly speak understand and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Keys to Success : Education

Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start).

Experience

One (1) year or more of plant manufacturing and / or warehouse experience

Knowledge Skills Abilities

Ability to work 3rd Shift (Sunday Night Friday Morning; 11pm - 7am)

Ability to work weekends overtime or holidays as needed.

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance.

Post-high school education

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Operator II Manufacturing based inConnecticut is $16.78$25.16.
