About Us :

Olde Soul is a modern barbershop collective with a deep respect for tradition. We believe great barbering is about more than the cut—it’s the experience, the story, and the connection. We're expanding our digital footprint and looking for someone to bring our story to life through video.

The Role :

We’re looking for a self-starting Content Coordinator with a focus on video creation to help shape our voice on social media and our client-facing app. From shop culture to barber features, product highlights to behind-the-scenes moments—you’ll be the lens that tells the Olde Soul story.

Key Responsibilities :

Shoot, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

Coordinate content schedules and campaigns for Instagram and the Olde Soul app

Work with barbers to capture service footage, training clips, and lifestyle content

Maintain a cohesive aesthetic and tone across all platforms

Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on engagement

Occasionally assist with photo content and basic graphic edits

What We’re Looking For :

Strong experience with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Knack for storytelling through short, engaging clips

Up-to-date on social trends, sounds, formats, and best practices

Able to work independently, shoot on-site, and communicate with a creative team

Bonus if you have experience with barbering, lifestyle, or service-based brands

Hours & Compensation :

15-20 hours, flexible, with required shop time weekly. Compensation is based on experience and can grow with the role.
