Job Title: Java Backend Developer In-Person Interview Required

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer for a full-time onsite position in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Cassandra, and must be available to attend in-person interviews.

Must-Have Skills:

• Java with Spring Boot

• Kafka and experience with event-driven architecture

• Cassandra (or similar NoSQL databases)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications.

• Implement and support event-driven solutions using Kafka.

• Utilize Cassandra to develop efficient, scalable data storage mechanisms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues efficiently.

• Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in Java development.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Cassandra

• Strong understanding of event-driven and distributed systems

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Must be able to attend in-person interviews and work 100% onsite in Plano, TX
