Job Description

Hospitalist Opportunity – The Villages, Florida

7 On / 7 Off Schedule | Base Salary + Bonuses

We are actively seeking  Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians  for a Hospitalist position in  The Villages, Florida , one of the nation’s fastest growing and most dynamic communities.

Position Highlights :

  • Employed position with a  block schedule : 7 days on / 7 days off
  • Salary , plus productivity bonuses, and additional shifts available if desired
  • Work in a  collaborative, team-based environment  with access to surgical and specialty consultative services
  • Opportunity to contribute to patient-centered care and participate in multidisciplinary rounds

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide inpatient clinical care and management
  • Perform histories, physicals, daily evaluations, and diagnostic / therapeutic procedures
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning

    • Qualifications :

  • MD or DO with completion of residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM or FM)
  • Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
