Primary Purpose of the Position : Fayetteville State University department of Performing and Fine Arts invites applicants to apply to the tenure-track, nine month faculty position at the rank of Assistant / Associate in Professor in Visual / Digital Art scheduled to begin Fall . The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of undergraduate courses in digital arts, with topics that may include digital illustration, animation, interactive media, and game design. They will play a key role in shaping the curriculum to reflect current industry standards and emerging technologies, ensuring students are well-prepared for careers in creative and tech-driven fields. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements : Assistant Professor :

MFA in Digital Arts, Game Design, Interactive Media, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated teaching experience at the college / university level.
• Strong portfolio of creative work or research in digital arts.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and student-centered learning.

Associate Professor :

MFA in Digital Arts, Game Design, Interactive Media, or a closely related field.
