Total Hourly Pay Rate : $67 / hr.[On W2(Taxable) : $13 / hr. Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $54 / hr.]

Weekly Gross : $2,680 / Week [On W2(Taxable) : $520 / Week Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $2,160 / Week]

OT Rate ON W-2 : $19.50 / hr.

Hours per week : 36 Hours

Description :

Certified Surgical Tech (CVOR) – Scrub Required (Shift : 2x8 / 2x12)

It will be anywhere from 630am to 11pm with call. Hours will be filled in wherever the need is for the schedule.

Shift :

Shift will be anywhere from 0630-2300 with call required

Must be flexible

Must-Haves :

Scrub experience required

5 years total CST experience

2 years in cardiac & vascular

1 year CVOR experience

1 year in a Level I Trauma facility

Experience with cardiovascular / thoracic instrument reprocessing

BLS

EPIC

Required Skills :

General OR

Thoracic

Vascular

CVOR procedures (CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement, etc.)

Aseptic technique

Crash cart, scrub & circulate

Equipment documentation
