In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the company's finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will play a critical role in advising the CEO on key business decisions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including :
• Cash applications and bank reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance and subledger accounting
• Monthly and year-end closings
• Preparation of financial statements
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Advise the CEO on financial matters and their impact on business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
