PT, Clinic Manager in training. 125K plus sign on and relocation.

Excellent opportunity for a PT to join a unique hybrid and in person model Physical Therapy practice. Our in-person clinics prioritize personalized care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive, collaborative work culture. We are recruiting for a motivated PT who wants to continue treating patients and train into a leadership position. This role is suited for therapists looking to build a long-term career with growth potential. Day time hours, fulltime with 8-10 patients per day. Provide one-on-one, 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions with evaluating diagnosing and treating orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions. Requires active Washington State Physical Therapy License. Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience. CPR Certification. Excellent communication and leadership potential. Interest in learning clinic operations and managing a team. Bonus : Experience as a Clinical Instructor or in a mentoring capacity.

Compensation up to 125K base plus sign on and relocation. Excellent RTM bonus and 401(k) with a 4 % match.120 hours of PTO / vacation days per year, accrued through hours worked plus 6 observed holidays. Healthcare, Dental, and Vision insurance with standard contribution to premiums with option to opt out and receive $200 stipend per pay period. Continuing education to maintain state license requirements through Medbridge and $1000 allowance. Yearly license renewal cost covered. Student loan stipend option, laptop provided by clinic.
