[job_card.job_description]Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products per SOPs Perform daily safety checks, clean production areas, and conduct routine maintenance Use appropriate PPE and maintain safety standards throughout each shift Record production data, collect samples, and ensure proper documentation Support TPM initiatives and assist with inventory tracking and shift-to-shift handoffs Operate forklifts as needed (stand-up / sit-down, depending on area) Stay informed via daily email and corporate communication tools Level I : No prior experience required. Willingness to learn and follow manufacturing and safety procedures. Level II : Minimum 1 year in manufacturing. Basic process knowledge with interest in Lean practices. Level III : 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Proven ability to self-direct and contribute to quality and process improvements. Level IV : 5+ years with strong maintenance (TPM) and lab-based quality experience. Level V : 10+ years in chemical manufacturing. Skilled in TPM and process improvement leadership. High school diploma or GED (required) Ability to stand, crouch, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift Attention to detail and focus on workplace safety Flexibility to support multiple areas as business needs evolve Comfort using digital tools to check schedules and communications Willingness to work weekends based on production demand Pay Range : $19.00$28.00 per hour based on experience and level Shift Differential : 10.0% for 2nd shift / 12.5% for 3rd shift Company-provided uniforms, PPE, and tools Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance PTO and Paid Holidays 401(k), HSA / FSA options Parental Leave and Supplemental Insurance Options Career development and referral bonuses
