We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Design Manager to provide high-level design support for a professional team. This role focuses on crafting visually compelling and polished materials for public-facing documents, leadership transitions, and high-profile events. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of clean, professional aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging designs from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Word documents with a polished, professional look.
• Design visually engaging LinkedIn posts and digital content to enhance brand visibility.
• Create marketing materials for public-facing events, including brochures, slick sheets, and other collateral.
• Support design needs related to leadership transitions by producing visually appealing internal and external communications.
• Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and overall visual presentation across all materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, document design, or a similar role (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and graphic design software (Adobe Suite preferred).
• Strong ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs from scratch.
• Experience working on corporate or public-facing materials with a polished aesthetic.
