Job Summary
:The University of Massachusetts President's Office in Westborough, MA, offers a 20-hour-a-week internship for students enrolled at the five UMass campuses. This is a paid internship, and academic credit may also be available. The selected intern will work directly with the Business Associates Team (BAT) function within Administration & Finance. Those selected for this internship will gain valuable knowledge of the inner workings of the University of Massachusetts.
Interns in the President's Office have the unique experience of working with staff supporting various functions, including the Controller's Office, UPST, HR, Treasury, Travel & Expense, Procurement, Payroll, etc. The objective of this internship will be to support the intern in building and solidifying their procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, contracts, HR, travel, business expense, and general administration & finance business processes while building the overall customer service skills.
