What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary contact for our service customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service activities.
• Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs, providing clear and transparent explanations.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and customer communications.
