About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, client strategy, and operational excellence. In this role, you will own client relationships and oversee the execution of digital medical engagement programs from start to finish.
You’ll translate client objectives into actionable workflows, collaborate closely with developers using structured user stories, and champion platform adoption across diverse client teams. If you enjoy leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and inspiring clients to think creatively about digital engagement—this is your role.
This position is both strategic and hands-on. You will manage your own programs, guide project teams, and influence the evolution of our platform by channeling client feedback into product innovation.
What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner for pharma and biotech clients, as well as medical communications agencies
- Uncover opportunities to expand platform use and deliver more value
- Represent ExtendMed as a trusted advisor at every stage of engagement
Technology Enablement
Develop a strong understanding of our platform’s capabilities and roadmapTranslate client business requirements into clear, concise developer user storiesIdentify workflow enhancements, opportunities for automation, and tech-enabled efficienciesDrive platform adoption by training and guiding client teamsProgram Ownership
Define goals, timelines, and success metrics for all assigned programsManage cross-functional execution with precision and accountabilityPrepare accurate documentation : project plans, status reports, meeting notes, change requests, resource needsEnsure high-quality deliverables that meet compliance and client expectationsProcess + Performance
