Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Create and maintain standardized process documentation for operational workflows
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of relevant experience in an operations leadership role
2+ years of people management experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros
Strong Power BI skills, with the ability to design dashboards from scratch (preferred)
Post-secondary education
