Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Services to lead their Data Quality Assurance Production team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team focused on continuous improvement

Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of data production workflows that meet customer specifications

Manage day-to-day operations, including incident resolution and project coordination for key data products

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in an operations or production environment, with at least 3+ years of direct people leadership experience

Proven track record of leading and developing frontline production staff or quality assurance specialists

Strong background in Quality Assurance methodologies and operational process improvement

Ability to be a data-driven change agent with a growth mindset
