We’re looking for a high-performing Motorcycle Service Advisor / Writer who thrives in a fast-paced dealership and knows how to turn service drive chaos into smooth, profitable workflow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Run the service counter with confidence and urgency

• Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain work to customers

• Recommend maintenance, repairs, and upgrades without hesitation

• Communicate constantly with technicians to keep jobs moving

• Manage service appointments, follow-ups, and approvals

• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and warranty conversations like a pro

• Deliver top-tier customer service while driving service revenue

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• Knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership

• Experience with POS computer software or general knowledge and experience with computers (required)

• Solid knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and service terminology (preferred)

• Ability to upsell service ethically and effectively

• Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle

• Motorcycle license (preferred)
