A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to support the Global GTM Strategy & Operations teams by providing data and AI-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Engineer scalable data products and high-performance pipelines for GTM reporting and business-critical applications
Own the technical roadmap for the data platform, translating business goals into system designs and leading complex engineering initiatives
Drive engineering excellence and establish patterns for automation, monitoring, and CI / CD to ensure a resilient data infrastructure
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data
Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL, with experience in Github workflows and PySpark
Experience building scalable and production-ready data models
Ability to structure data models optimized for AI readiness
Strong collaborative leadership skills and a service-oriented mindset
