Silgan Containers is hiring a Palletizer Operator for our highspeed, stateoftheart manufacturing plant in Burlington, Iowa. As a key member of our production team, you will help ensure safe, accurate, and efficient palletizing, packaging, and material handling operations. If you have experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or forklift operation, this role is an excellent fit.

• Pay : $20.90 per hour, plus shift differential

Schedule

Begin training on first shift, working 6 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. After training, move to a consistent night shift from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM. This is a fixed schedule. You will not rotate between day and night shifts.

Follow a 2-2-3 schedule, where you work two days, take two days off, then work three days. This pattern repeats weekly, giving you every other weekend off.
