We are seeking Physical Therapists for our outpatient Lexington and Burlington locations. Our teams of highly passionate physical and occupational therapists work with the goal of providing exceptional care to our wide variety of patients. Our therapists specialize in treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular and pelvic health diagnosis along with orthotic fabrication. We collaborate closely with other hospital departments and foster teamwork to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Job Description :

Under the supervision of the manager and working within their scope of practice as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Physical Therapist I assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve or restore physical function, alleviate pain and prevent dysfunction in patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status from injury, disease or other causes.

Organizational Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : BS Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure, Certification, Registration : Active MA Physical Therapy license OR Candidates for licensure who have submitted a complete and accepted application for licensure "BY EXAMINATION ONLY"

American Heart Association - Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.

Pay Range : $39.50 - $55.31

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
