Billing / Receptionist

Biller Position

We are seeking a detailed-oriented, thorough and organized biller to join our team.

Responsibilities include :

• Collect, post, and manage patient account payments
• Prepare and review invoices
• Review delinquent accounts and call for collections
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Follow up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies
• Check patients insurance coverage and eligibility
• Review patient records and insurance information for accuracy
• Communicate with providers and patients regarding billing issues
• Assist at the front desk
• Part time position Monday through Thursday
