Our industrial customer base includes appliances and electronics; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment; and transportation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers and become a trusted resource
• Perform practical demonstrations of products at customer premises
• Work as part of a team of 3-4 reps to assist on sales calls, train, and interact with customers and vendors
• Support lab techs and quality managers on a day-to-day basis
• Follow through on services rendered to customers in the field
• Provide assistance to customers in person and by phone, addressing technical and operational issues
• Travel to customer or manufacturing sites 50% or more (approximately 20+ hours on the road, with 2-3 nights away); travel based on customer needs and may include international travel

The typical base salary range for this position is between $78,906 to $118,358.
