Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator for our client. This job involves preparing and cooking a variety of grilled foods according to the menu, ensuring proper temperatures and attractive presentation. You’ll maintain a clean and safe workstation, help with ingredient prep, monitor inventory needs, and support smooth kitchen operations.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Run first-piece component and verify it meets specifications; obtain approval before running full batch.
• Operate machines to run production batches while verifying parts meet quality standards.
• Use gauges to ensure all components meet specifications and tolerances.
• Make mechanical adjustments as needed to maintain part accuracy.
• Pack finished products as instructed.
• Complete required documentation and tagging for each tub of materials.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, including adding oils / fluids, cleaning, and changing bits.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a safety-first approach.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Interpret specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
