Job Purpose

This position oversees NAPA's wholesale customers. A person in this position increases commercial sales by acting as the primary contact for wholesale customers, sourcing necessary parts, and creating a superior customer experience.

Duties

• Keep good relationships with NAPA wholesale customers.
• Generate sales through proactive customer calls.
• Monitor commercial sales performance.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate business plans with the Store Manager.
