Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Travel Sales Manager to support multiple spa locations across the United States. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy travel, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
You will work directly within spa locations, engaging with clients, driving in-spa sales, and maximizing daily performance. Client flow is provided. Your primary responsibility is execution and results.
Compensation & Earning Potential

$3,500 monthly base pay

Tiered commission structure at 3 percent, 5 percent, and 7 percent based on daily performance

Consistent high performers have the potential to earn between $115,000 and $140,000 annually, based on performance
Travel & Expense Coverage
