Growth Marketing Manager

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies, including SEM, paid social, native advertising, programmatic display, and YouTube advertising

Plan and execute growth marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, including A / B testing and AI tool integration

Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS and SMB environments

Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and DV360

Familiarity with AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning in marketing technologies

Strong analytical skills with knowledge of performance metrics like CAC and LTV

Proven experience in A / B testing and data-driven decision-making
