Product Developer

We are looking potential candidate that can Interview customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties. Support customer service, sales, and operations. The role involves interacting directly with customers to promote products and services, process orders, manage accounts, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records.

Schedule : 7 : 00am- 4 : 00pm Open to Overtime

The company does not offer a work-from-home option. All duties are performed in the office, except when employees are officially approved to visit customers or attend trade shows.

Responsibilities :

• Producing Bills of material
• coordinating with internal departments
• assisting sales, marketing, operations and billing.
• managing customer communications such as samples, notices, and contracts.
• Travel may be required, and the employee must be able to lift up to 55 pounds during inventory periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required, and participation in physical inventory twice a year is mandatory.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist Sales and Marketing with specified needs
• Assist Operations with any specified needs
• Receives orders for production, shipment, discontinuance, or change in products or services.
• Assist with billing and invoicing matters
