Production Manager (Kent)

LHH is seeking a Production Manager to lead plant operations at a manufacturing company located in Kent WA. This role is responsible for directing and maintaining production to serve internal and external customer groups. This person will drive efficiencies through continuous improvement across all areas including safety, quality, productivity, cost control, training and compliance. This person will be responsible for overseeing a staff of 50+ hourly employees.

Responsibilities include :

• Oversee daily operations on the shop floor
• Led, develop and train employees to create a positive, safe and productive working environment
• Ensure highest quality of product is produced and maintain shift performance and quality documentation.
• Manage staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production goals
• Lead and ensure compliance measures followed and participate in regular audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen principles
• Develop, implement, monitor, track and improve key performance metrics across the functional departments
