Junior Recruiter

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under guidance from senior recruitment staff

Build active and passive applicant pipelines and maintain the applicant tracking system

Manage candidate experience and contribute to recruiting meetings with leadership

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience

College coursework up to a Bachelor's degree preferred

Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
