A company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Salesforce) to lead Salesforce CRM and Contact Center modernization initiatives for a Federal government agency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce and Contact Center projects, ensuring compliance and alignment across functional teams
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce platform enhancements and manage Contact Center technology deployments
Drive continuous improvements in contact center operations and performance metrics through innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
PMP Certification and Salesforce Certifications (Administrator and Service Cloud)
Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud and platform integrations
Experience in managing contact center solutions and operations, including workforce management and performance metrics
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a government-issued Public Trust clearance
