University of Louisville Health Frazier Rehab Hospital-Brownsboro is a state-of-the-art 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke brain injury neurological conditions trauma spinal cord injury amputation and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize the health function and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

How youll contribute
The Accountant supports the organizations financial goals and objectives by ensuring the accurate and efficient management of patient demographic and financial data. Responsibilities include upfront collections financial counseling and data processing. The Accountant collaborates with the Central Business Office to verify the accuracy of information essential to the billing and collections process. This role adheres to established policies and procedures to ensure proper recording and posting of financial activity helping to maintain accounts receivable levels appropriate to the organizations payer and acuity mix
