Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring decisions.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and formulate tailored recruitment strategies.
• Implement diverse sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, and effective networking to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Strengthen the company’s employer brand by enhancing visibility and appeal to potential hires.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events to connect with prospective candidates.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to optimize individual and team performance.
• Establish clear team objectives, performance benchmarks, and key performance indicators.
• Strategically allocate workloads to ensure efficient use of resources and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment strategies and industry best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve measurable results.
