Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring decisions.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and formulate tailored recruitment strategies.
- Implement diverse sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, and effective networking to identify candidates with relevant experience.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand by enhancing visibility and appeal to potential hires.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events to connect with prospective candidates.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to optimize individual and team performance.
- Establish clear team objectives, performance benchmarks, and key performance indicators.
- Strategically allocate workloads to ensure efficient use of resources and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least seven years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment strategies and industry best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve measurable results.
