We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of clinical operations applications within the life sciences sector. This role is responsible for defining innovative solutions that unify clinical systems, streamline processes, and accelerate the delivery of therapies to patients. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, engage with customers and industry experts, and guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. You will serve as a subject matter expert and product evangelist, balancing strategic initiatives with customer-driven enhancements to maximize product impact. Accountabilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Gather and analyze market requirements through customer engagement, industry research, and stakeholder input.
• Author feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering, QA, and design teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives to deliver maximum value.
• Act as the product subject matter expert, communicating the vision and roadmap internally and externally.
• Support Sales, Professional Services, and Support Teams with materials, demonstrations, and guidance to drive adoption.
• Define and track key success metrics, leveraging data to inform product decisions and demonstrate business impact.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting clinical operations to ensure compliant product solutions.
