Anesthesiology Cedar Rapids, Iowa Position Highlights : Physician-led hospital Independent anesthesia practice (no CRNA supervision). Favorable Call Schedule : 35 call days annually; 4 call lines (OB, Cardiology, Primary, Secondary). OB call is light ( 700 deliveries / year). All call is from home with a 30-minute response time. Collaborative, physician-led call scheduling. Compensation & Benefits : Million Dollar Earning Potential Sign-On Bonus : $300,000 Base salary : $600,000 (W2) , $700,000 (1099) with flexible FTE options (down to 0.5 FTE). Additional compensation through voluntary extra call and flexible shift structures.
