Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document care in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests for accurate patient assessment.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to provided care.
• Exercise sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
