Summary:
Provides day-to-day clinical application support and defines the scope of project objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and handles issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers.
Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program preferred. At least four years of IT application support and/or clinical experience required. This position will support Ancillary applications for the following clinical areas: Radiology, Cardiovascular, Neurology, Lab, and Imaging. Experience with Cerner, Epic Radiant and/or Epic Beaker, preferred. Experience with clinical workflows in Radiology and/or Lab services preferred. Experience with modalities and device integration a plus. Healthcare technical knowledge in IT troubleshooting, support and maintenance required. Candidate must have proven skills in the following areas - analytical, organized, multi-tasking, independent worker, problem solving, issue resolution, communication, and ability to provide excellent customer service. Successful candidate is willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
