Job Title : Process Operator

Job Description

We are at the forefront of Ethanol production, supplying our products to gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius. Key suppliers include notable names in the industry. As a Process Operator, you will engage in various duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot on conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves.
• Unload materials using a sit-down gas-powered forklift.
• Monitor and check temperatures of bearings.
• Implement Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Operate and work on a DCS system to oversee production tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, large facility alongside a team of 85 employees. Safety is paramount, requiring hard hats, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses. Pay is up to $27hr based on experience.
