Start: As Soon As Possible Job Overview The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, customer engagement, and territory expansion within an assigned region. This role blends relationship management, new business development, and consultative selling while collaborating closely with internal teams to meet and exceed sales objectives. The position is based in Huntsville, AL and offers a hybrid work model, combining in-office responsibilities with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across the assigned territory
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Deliver high-quality customer service and post-sale support
• Provide training and product education to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Track account performance and manage ongoing territory strategy
• Represent the company professionally while strengthening market presence

Required Skills & Qualifications Required (Must-Have)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability in sales and account management
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

• Prior experience in a territory sales or sales management role
